Do you accept offline payments?
I am based in Malaysia. Can I pay in Malaysian Ringgit?
Of course! Please email us your order confirmation number to email@example.com to receive more information on offline payment options and your payment amount in Malaysian Ringgit.
Can I visit your studio?
Yes! We are currently based in Kuala Lumpur and accept studio visits by appointment only. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to make an appointment.
Do you only sell online?
We sell our our jewellery primarily online but we do join bazaars/fairs/pop-ups from time to time. Follow us on Facebook or Instagram for updates on our next event.
Do you do next day/same day delivery?
Unfortunately due to the nature of our jewellery being hand made to order in our studio, it usually takes about 2-3 weeks for your order to be ready for shipment. However, we do have ready stock in the studio sometimes which can be shipped out within 1 week. Leave us a message or chat with us using the chat function on the website to enquire about current availability.
Do you do international shipping?
Yes we do. You can find our full rates at check-out.
How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase, simply notify us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
Do you offer free shipping?
Oh yes! We offer free shipping on orders over USD$100/MYR400 for West Malaysia and USD$150/MYR600 for East Malaysia. Otherwise there's a flat delivery rate of MYR10 (West Malaysia) / MYR20 (East Malaysia)
Can I order customized jewellery?
We can discuss that possibility based on existing designs available on our website, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what you have in mind!
