SHIPPING & RETURNS
WASIS jewellery & objects are designed and made in our studio and each piece is finished by hand. The items' appearance will vary subtly from images on this website.
Please allow 2-3 weeks before shipment, as many items are hand made to order. Items that are in stock will be shipped within 1 week, unless stated otherwise. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order ships.
Our Malaysia delivery costs are listed below.
Free delivery (yay!) for orders over USD$100/MYR400 for West Malaysia and USD$150/MYR600 for East Malaysia
Standard delivery: Flat rate of MYR10 (West Malaysia) / MYR20 (East Malaysia)
We provide tracking numbers once your order has been dispatched which is included in your shipment confirmation email.
**Due to the current Covid-19 situation, international delivery is not available for purchases done on this website**
Our international delivery costs vary by country. To work out how much it will cost you, please go to the drop down on check out.
We do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes, so you will be responsible for these. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, simply notify us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure that you get proof of postage when returning an item. A full refund or credit note excluding any applicable delivery costs will be processed within 15 working days of us receiving the returned items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where items are exempt from being returned (if applicable)
- Jewellery with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Personalised / engraved items are non-refundable.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are non-refundable.
We only offer refunds at the moment and no replacement of items if they are defective or damaged. Please refer to our returns policy.
